Thanks for reaching out. My 55 Gr has been very good to me this season ! I can’t express enough how much your guns changed the game for me. Starting off as a rear handle mostly euro gun guy and now the hybrid guns are just like second nature to me. I got my first bluefin (20 lbs) 5 years ago and ever since I’ve been trying to land a bigger one. I got very close the last couple years but this year I made it happen and crushed a couple nice fish. One around 50 lbs and the other 150 lbs! Both taken on my 65” super magnum. The bigger fish put a slight bend in the shaft so I’m going to need a replacement shaft and slip tip. In the meantime my 55 Gr will be my go to for the rest of the years seabass and yellowtail season. I’m attaching a few photos of my fish this year taken on both guns.
